We fear to be hurt so we don’t love fully or make our feelings known and wrongly believe our hearts can not be broken.
We fear to lose what we have so we carry on in jobs and activities that we don’t like in the illusion that makes us safe
We fear the day we die but we don’t take any steps to make a life worth living for because we believe the known will protect us.
We fear one day losing control of our lives but we don’t realise meaningless routines already own it
We fear saying no or telling our sincere opinions not to hurt people in the expense of our own detriment
We fear losing a loved one but we take them for granted and only appreciate when they are no longer around.
We fear change so deeply that our lives stay stuck in the same old place we are so tired of…
